The Site describes our AI and automation services. It is general information, not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it is not an offer that binds Crownloop.
Any project or ongoing service is provided only under a separate written agreement or statement of work that sets out scope, price, deliverables, data handling and responsibilities. If this Site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.
Where we use artificial intelligence, it works under human direction. Decisions with legal, financial, security, privacy or client-commitment consequences are made or approved by people.
Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in violation of law.
The Site, its content, logo and branding belong to Crownloop LLC or its licensors. You may view and share the Site for personal or business evaluation, but you may not copy or reuse our branding without written permission.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Crownloop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
